About the Course

Discover the Benefits of Hopi Ear Candling!

Have you heard about the traditional practice of Hopi ear candling and its numerous health benefits?

This ancient technique involves using a hollow candle made of natural ingredients, such as beeswax and linen, to gently clean the ears and promote overall well-being.

Hopi Ear Candles provides benefits to those who suffer from e.g. glue ear, migraines, hay fever, stress and anxiety, making it a popular and pleasurable treatment.

They also effectively release the buildup of all wax.

How Does it Work?

The process involves placing the candle gently into the ear canal and lighting the other end. As the candle burns, it creates a light vacuum effect that helps draw out excess wax, debris, and impurities from the ear.

1. Ear Health: By removing excess wax and debris, Hopi ear candling can help improve ear hygiene and reduce the risk of ear infections.

2. Sinus Relief: The gentle heat and suction created during the process can help relieve sinus congestion and pressure, promoting clearer breathing.

3. Relaxation: Many people find the experience of Hopi ear candling to be deeply relaxing and soothing, making it an excellent way to unwind and de-stress.

4. Improved Hearing: By clearing blockages and build-up in the ears, some individuals report an improvement in their hearing acuity after Hopi ear candling.
