The AET course is accredited by cpd group and cpd verifed ,it is 1-2 days long and introduces you to the basic principles of teaching. The course aims to increase confidence and encourage teachers to be more engaging. This courses allows you to teach any area you hold a certificate in.

You are expected to have strong numeracy and literacy skills, as well as access to a computer in order to submit assessed coursework. after going through the theory you will write up your assesment,you will complete a micro teach session in our academy or online followed by an optional 1 day of shadowing our educators to see how they teach.

Entry Requirements:

Must be either a suitable healthcare practitioner, SPMU practtioner (with 6 months+ experience in the field), NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist or equivalent.

Course Structure:

This course consists of 50% theory and 50% practical. We ask students to arrive 15 minutes before the course start time to ensure a prompt start. You will spend the majority of the course acquiring and practising your practical skills. This course will involve tutor demonstration as well as hands-on practical working with other students.

Advanced Electrolysis is a versatile method of treating a variety of skin blemishes, from skin tags and age spots to facial thread veins, warts and milia, as well as vascular conditions.

There are over 21 different types of blemishes that can be safely and effectively treated using Advanced Electrolysis.

This course is accredited by ABT and cpd verifed 50% theory 50% practical work on live models,trained by our nurse on a 1-1 basis but maxium of 2 per course on request.

Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening event.

People having an anaphylactic reaction often have changes to their airway, breathing and/or circulation so it is vital that these signs are recognised and treated quickly.

If you are practicing aesthetics it is highly recommended that you learn how to look for the signs of anaphylaxis, how to administer an epi pen and have an epi pen onsite at all times.

This course cpd accredited course will give you everything you need to ensure safe practice in your clinic.

This is a course which covers the Anatomy and Physiology required for Level 2 & Level 3 National Occupational Standards (NOS) for beauty, nails and holistic treatments. This includes for example theory on the various systems of the body (e.g. skeletal, muscular and digestive system). This course is essential for those wanting to get into more advanced aesthetics treatments.

This course is a fully accreddited course for medics and none medics. This course is 50% theory 50% Practical which is completed all at our academy. Theory is done in one full day at our academy followed by home study ,practice on a dolls head and assessments. You will also complete one full day practical session on live models in our academy.
